Snack ideas for young ones that are free of gluten and dairy!

  • Cucumbers with Hummus
  • Celery with Peanut Butter
  • Mixed Berries with Nuts
  • (Coconut/Almond) Yogurt with (Oat) Granola
  • Roasted Chickpeas
  • Beef/Turkey Jerky Sticks or Pieces
  • Rice Cakes with Banana
  • Homemade Fruit Leather/Gummies
  • No Bake Energy Bites (oats, coconut, dates, etc.)
  • Apple Slices with Almond Butter
  • Homemade Mini Muffins (fruit/veggies, choc. chips, etc.)
